Quality First Motto
Our Quality Management System complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015. We are authorized to apply ‘NB’ mark and register boilers, pressure vessels or other pressure-retaining items with the National Board in accordance with its provisions and items manufactured. We conform to the standards of ISO 3834-2 :2005 quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. Our quality program has been certified by ASME and bears the ASME Single Certification Mark with the “U” Designator for Pressure Vessels as per Section VIII Division 1 and ASME Single Certification Mark with the “U2” Designator for Pressure Vessels as per Section VIII Division 2.
Every Metal Expansion Joint manufactured at our facility is tested, inspected and certified for trouble-free and best performance by our qualified and trained quality team. We have Level III and Level II qualified and experienced engineers who perform the required inspection and tests such as the PT, RT, UT, MPI etc. In addition to the routine tests including PMI, Hydrostatic, Pneumatic and Vacuum, we are also equipped to carry out the Helium leak test. We also perform destructive prototype tests such as Cycle Life test, Squirm test, Yield Rupture test as per customer requirements.
