Design Capability

We have a fully equipped in-house design and engineering facility with the capability to handle a wide range of pressure and temperature challenges. Our systems are designed to operate at:
• Pressure: Up to 200 bar (g) and full vacuum
• Temperature: From cryogenic conditions up to 1450°C
All our designs comply with globally recognized codes and standards, ensuring safety, precision, and performance.

Academic & Industry Collaborations

We maintain active academic partnerships and contribute to skill development through regular implant training programs with several reputed institutions:
• VIT Chennai
• St. Joseph’s College of Engineering
• Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology
• Guru Nanak College
• Cheyyar Polytechnic
• ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
We not only employ graduates from these institutions but also offer them hands-on exposure to industrial practices.

Workforce Development & Training

We strongly believe in empowering the next generation and enhancing ease of labor through:
• Regular welding and technical trainings for workmen
• Focus on semi-automation to reduce manual strain and improve consistency
• Active involvement in upskilling and nurturing young talent for the engineering and manufacturing sector
